Help others become free and full.
One coffee at a time.
WHy we do what we DO
Our Purpose and Mission
We exist to help people live free and full. What does that mean?

Combat Human Trafficking
With every cup of coffee, with every event, with every resource, and with every location in the community, we stand to prevent and oppose trafficking in all its forms.

Disrupt Cycles of Poverty
Fighting human trafficking ultimately involves us proactively working to break the cycle of poverty in the community eco-systems of Greater Moncton.

Work to Facilitate Restoration
Along with partnering with others to restore victims, we are becoming bridge-builders for at-risk people and victims to receive the care and support they need.
what we’re doing
Our work in Greater Moncton… and beyond
01
Raising Awareness
We want others to be aware of the presence and impact of human trafficking in Greater Moncton, the Maritimes, Canada, and beyond.
02
Supporting Front-line Organizations
We want to bring attention to, and seed into, the work of other like-mission groups like Community of Hope and Ally Global Foundation.
03
Creating Programs
We want to collaborate and partner with others seeking to prevent trafficking, and working toward the restoration of victims.
Who we are
A high-trust team, working together for widespread impact

Have Questions?
Frequently Asked
Questions
How do I donate?
You can donate to our work via e-transfer (and receive a tax receipt) by donating through one of partners. Donations of this kind are specific to certain projects and initiatives which share common mission-goals with our partners. Go to our donate page to learn more!
Can I donate coffee beans?
Yes, you can donate any coffee beans that are fair-trade, and (preferably) organic. Ethically sourced, high-quality beans are a must for us, preferably roasted in Eastern Canada! You can contact us to arrange a drop off.
How did this even become a thing?
Freedom Coffee was started by Freedom Church, an inter-denominational church start-up in Greater Moncton who exist to lead others to live freely and fully in Christ. Desiring to intentionally meet felt needs in their community, Freedom Church decided to start a café in order to fight human trafficking and support at-risk youth.
Can my church or business support you?
Yes! We are passionate about partnering with supportive churches, businesses, and other organizations. Reach out to our executive director, Noah, to start a conversation!
Where are you located?
We have shut down our original location and we are in the process of negotiating a new space!
Do you cater events?
Yes, we can! You can make catering arrangements for cookies and coffee through our manager, Josh.
